Before Booking
Please message us with your braid style and colour choices to receive a final price before booking.
Some styles are priced individually depending on style, colours and own hair type. You can gain an idea of pricing by visiting our PRICING page.
Before Your Appointment
Please wash and dry your hair the day before or the morning of your appointment. Please ensure that any hair dying, perms or conditioning or any other hair treatments have been been done at least 7 days prior to your appointment. Please check the health of your hair and scalp. We can not perform services on scalps with any open wounds, grazes or any hair that has nits.
If you arrive at your appointment and we can not perform your service due to any of these then you will still be charged the appointment fee.
Our Terms & Conditions
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment date and time. This amount will be deducted off the whole service cost. This is non refundable so please ensure that you are committed to your booking.
You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment time to another day & time once. You can do this by visiting the Fresha app where you paid your deposit.
Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment time will lose the booking fee.
There are no refunds of any of our services. We do not guarantee the longevity of your styles and only a guide time is given as everyone and aftercare will differ.

You can view our availability on our Fresha App and book in directly. Please ensure before or after booking that you message us for a quotation and let us know your desired styles/colours so we can ensure enough time is booked and we have the hair in stock.
All styles will differ with how long they last. As an example double dutch braids last around 5-10 days depending on aftercare. Some styles will last up to a week and some for a few weeks.
Our fashion styles that are fully braided can get wet and gel or hairspray can be used to tidy any flyaways. Wrapping your hair in a silk scarf or headcap for sleeping will help to ensure they last longer.
For braids with loose synthetic hair we recommend that these do not get wet or exposed to high heats as it will cause the synthetic hair to tangle.
